Founder and Director
David N. Williams is the Founder and Director of the firm. He has been practicing law since 1960. He focuses primarily on taxation, estate planning, estate administration, business transactions, real estate, and corporate law.
President and Director
John’s experience in the courtroom provides perspective when drafting and negotiating contracts, trusts, and estate planning documents. He has helped form thousands of Delaware LLCs and continues to educate attorneys nationwide on the Delaware Series LLC.
Director
Brian represents creditors in defending preference actions in Bankruptcy Court. He also is experienced with court rules and procedures with regard to pleadings and motions in LLC and Corporate matters involving business management and owner litigation. He also has an attention to detail in business contract drafting.
Attorney
Aaron focuses on entertainment law and litigation. His background in entertainment and media makes him uniquely suited to assist others in achieving their goals and putting in the protections they need to succeed. He has experience in business transactions, name, image, likeness, licensing, IP, entity formation, and the Corporate Transparency Act.
